Issue with OP AMP TSZ181H1 and LT spice simulator at temperature simulation

Hello,

i use your pspice model for the OP AMP TSZ181H1 with LT spice simulator. I get an issue if i simulate temperatures above 27°C. Below that temperature everything works. The error message i get from LT spice is as follows:Time step too small; initial timepoint: trouble with U6:mos_n-instance m:u6:_nmos2.

If i remove U6 than the next instance number with the same problem occurs.

has sombody an explanation for that.
