I'm looking for the Thermal Resistance from junction to board  for the PowerSO20.  Do you have this information?

    Issamos,

    The "-" out number is what I am looking for.  I'm trying to model this as a single resistor for my thermal model.  I am looking for the  junction to board resistance.  Do you know what this value would be? Do you have any guidance on how to model this component to predict junction temperatures?
