L9362: Clamping energy specification

Hello,

I'm using smart low-side driver L9362 and I'm confused about clamping energy information presented on datasheet:

-in absolute maximum rating is declared an energy clamping limit of 50mJ with 2ms pulse width, 10ohm, 16mH

-in figure 8 is declared an energy of 200mJ with 2ms pulse width

My questions are:

1-Can you define 'pulse width'? It's referred to input or output? It's referred to level high or low?

2-Why the energy specification in absolute maximum rating doesn't coincide with figure 8 (50mJ vs 200mJ)? Figure 8 is referred to entire device capability?

3-How much is supply voltage with 10ohm and 16mH load?

4-How is possible that the device is able to clamp 200mJ with the junction already at 150°C? Which temperature reach the junction?
