    I want to use the LCD glass in my application (Metering and home appliance panels). IS it possible to drive the LCD glass using ST7 ?

    Yes, it is quite possible to drive the LCD glass using the ST7 micro. An application note AN1048 is already available on web. The application demonstrates the Quadruplex LCD drive with ST72F321 using the software technique. It also provides the software contrast control method. It is also provided with the firmware. The code size is quite less (300 bytes ROM, 20 bytes RAM, 0.2% cpu load). The application only uses a single timer.
