LED with RX TX

I am using ST3232CTR with stm32f446re . I want to attach LED with either pin 13, 14 or Pin 11 , 12 of ST3232CTR. Like FTDI , if we have serial communication it will blink. But I need recommendation of schematic diagram or how to attach.

 

Can anyone help me in this regard?

ST3232 is a passive transceiver.

You should control LEDs directly by the STM32.
