    Thank you for your feedback. But I can't understand something. How can I convert the FIT value to MTBF or Failure Rate? I mean I can't totally understand what is Failure in Time. Can you help me? Best Regards.

    Please post on good section for L7805ACD2T-TR (it's not an eeprom)
