M24512-A125 EEPROM memory address write cycles

Hello,

I am a developer making a product that controls the M24512-A125 EEPROM with I2C.

I am positive about the M24512-A125 product.

I have a question while developing.

I know there is a limit to the write cycles.

Please let me know if my analysis is correct.

In the figure below, I made a Memory Map as I thought.

I understood that at a temperature of 125℃, one memory address can write 600,000 write cycles.

Is that correct?

Yes, the number of write cycles in EEPROMs refers to each individual byte groups of four bytes, i.e. each individual address. You will find additional information in the datasheet, section 5.2, AN4434 and in AN2440.
