M24512E-F NC pins
Hi ST Community,
Are the NC pins completely isolated from the device. Wishing to know if there would be a problem with them being driven, pulled to VCC or to VSS.

It is not a problem to connect the NC pins to VCC or VSS. This has no effect on functionality or reliability.
