Welcome, @TVinh.1, to the community!
9917W (certainly on the first line) is internal information. Only lines 2 to 6 are relevant for the user:
- M4T28-BR12SH1
- TIMEKEEPER®
- SNAPHAT®
- CONTAINS LITHIUM CELL
- aaa bb YWW
The last line 6 contains again some internal informaton (aaa bb) and the date code in the form YWW, i.e. the last digit of the production year and the calendar week.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to identify directly from the component the decade in which it was manufactured, as the M4T28-BR12SH has been around since 1999. A "1" could therefore stand for 2001, 2011 or 2021, for example. More precise information can only be found on the label of the packaging with which the part was delivered.
Does it answer your question?
