M95M01 EEPROM Data reading 0xFF when supplied through adapter

Hello,

When i am trying read/write operation on M95M01 by connecting my board to JTAG supply, my m95M01 EEPROM is working correctly as i can debug it and see.

But when i am supplying my M95M01 EEPROM through an adapter it reads 0xFF. What can be the issue?

Do i need to do any initialization?

Also its getting enough voltage of 3.3V as i can measure through multimeter.

No need initialization.

Usually when read data = 0xFF (and memory content supposed to be different) means that the device is not selected.

3V3 is good. Check your frequency : max 10MHz
