Does the M95M04-A145 chip support data erasure at 145℃?

Yes, you can erase the M95M04-A145 at max 145°C. However, please bear in mind that this is the maximum temperature and affects the write cycle endurance, which is then only 100k cycles (see data sheet, table 8).
