M95M04-DR Instruction commands

Page 6 of the datasheet for the M95M04-DR EEPROM has the commands for RDID/RDLS and WRID/LID listed as the same exact commands.

Can someone please post the correct command set for this part.

No error on commands.

Check the address (table 5, page 11/44) you need to use for each commands.
