MCU Selection - SD24 + Load Cell

I need help with MCU Selection.

The main aim is to replace (STM8s and HX711) Chips in a weight scale project.

So, the MCU should be low in cost, include an SD24 with PGA Gain 128.
It also should include SPI interface.

Note: Load cell maximum weight could be greater than 200kg.

None of the STM32's have a 24-bit Sigma-Delta. Pretty much every one of the STM32 has multiple SPI buses, or could bit bang one.

Perhaps you can expand on why the current implementation isn't working, and what other features newer parts would add to the final project? Computer connectivity? LCD / User Interface?
