Memories on the STR71xF

I want to use a 8Mx16 Flash and a 512kx16 S-RAM on the STR710F. To otimize the system and to found the ideal combination MCU and memories I study the timing diagrams and I am missing some important values, for example: minimum of tRDS, minimum of tRDH, minimum of tWDS, minimum of tWDH. Could you offer complete diagrams?

tRDS min = tMCLK + 12ns

tRDH min, tWDS min and tWDH min are almost the same as the typical values +/- 1ns.
