    Hello

    We found a mistake in data sheet, Table 136 pg 127 (Data sheet September 2003)

    mistake is in TQFP Inch measure values which do not correspond to mm measure value.

    Example D,E (total size) is 14x14 in mm side but 0.551 x 0.473 (which equals 14x12mm) in inch side.

    Also same mistake in other measures.

    This mistake also appears in older uPSD32xx data sheets.

    Pls confirm this with ST that the 14x14mm is the correct measure and not the inch table side.
