mmWave radar solution for UAV detection

Hi, experts

I want to use mmWave radar soc suggested by ST to do the UAV detection. The equipment is located on the ground.

Not sure any solution from ST for UAV detection is available?

Can ST give a solution to satisfy the requirements below ?

My requirements are listed here:

1. rang of height of UAV that will be detected : <=120m

2. RCS ~0.04m2 (unit : square meter)

3. range of speed of UAV that will be detected: from 1-2m/s to 20~30m/s

thanks for your reply! I am looking for radar soc from ST and also from TI, NXP, infineon... but not find a proper solution yet.
