Hello, can u suggest any part number which has specification with Allegro: A89307KETSR-J IC.

As i want to design Software less BLDC FOC single shunt motor control solution.

See the requirement as bellow,

Operating temperature range: -40C to +100C

  Operating voltage range (full performance): 10V to 16V

  Leakage current (25C) max. 100uA
