MSL and Bake time

We are using the device ST10F276Z5Q3, what is its MSL rating? Without using any package information, how long should I bake it at 125°C before reflow soldering?

The ST10F276Z5Q3 has been obsoleted for a long time, so no documentation is available anymore.

Says it's MSL 3

 

IPC-JEDEC-J-STD-033C-1 will tel you how long you should bake.
