My design with HVLED001B does not work.

Hi all,

Attached my design with HVLED001 does not work. If i replece HVSU resistor with 1kOhm starts to works and output is ok but IC temperature getting very high quikly abouve 100C degree. IC supply voltage is okey and about 17-18VDC. I can not where is the problem.
