    I think it's been a couple of years at this point. The NAND Flash group got spun to a different division, and ended up at Micron (2010), who then killed a lot of the smaller, older, and lower volume parts.

    They've moved to finer geometries, you'll need to look at what similar parts are available, and in all likelihood respin the PCB to use current commodity parts. Consider the use of multiple footprints, or daughter boards
