[Need help] Does anyone know how to program str71x without JTAG?

Hello everyone,

When I get a str71x from any distributor, there is nothing inside the processor, how can I program user application into the internal flash without JTAG? Or is there any tool supports multiple str71x processors programming at the same time?

The str71 did have a bootloader but it was removed as it did not work correctly.

If the volume is not enough to order preprogrammed parts then the only option is jtag programming.

The multiply off-board programming looks like what I want.

By the way, sjo, do you know the rough volume for available programmed parts order?

If i remember correctly about 5000 MOQ, usually a NRE charge applies.

You will have to contact your local ST sales office for full details.
