Need help to identify component
Hi folks, I hope you're able to help me out.
I need to replace a few of the components in the picture. Sorry for the poor quality.
I did of course google the markings but have had no results.
- The measurements of the package is 2.4mm x 4.2mm.
- To me it seems that in the top-left, is the STMicroelectronics logo.
- Next it says "e3" in a circle. Next to that it says "VU" or VO".
- The middle line says "DUK".
- The last line seems to say "GP944".
- The left side if the chip seems to have a line marking polarity.
- I believe the component to be either a diode or a uni-polar capacitor.
