Need to find RPM of Rotating Device

Hi all,

         I need to find the RPM of Rotating equipment using Magnetic Flux .if this method is possible to find the RPM of Rotating device?.If it is possible how to convert magnetic flux(Gauss) value into RPM value . Anyone please help me to find the RPM. Thank you in advance for responses.
