Not Detecting ST10F276 controller

Hi

Actually I downloaded the ST10Flasher 2.4B and checked with ST10F276 Controller

getting the No acknowledge Error

I have done P0L.4 to GND and P0L.5 to HIGH and did reset the controller

please give me solution

There is very little traffic here related to ST10 parts. Unlikely to find help here in cracking third party devices, or recovering parts locked/secured against extraction and debugging.
