OPTOCOUPLER CTR:1

I used the eDesignSuite for my first time. The design was a flyback converter and the feedback to the controller is solved using an optocoupler but with no reference. It's only specified an OPTO with CTR:1. Can anybody help me about which optocoupler can be used?

Hi Ramon,

You can try a PC817A part number as suggested at page 44 of L6566B datasheet in the typical full-feature application schematic (figure 29).
