I'm using L9678P. I’d like to confirm the specific definitions of these parameters:

• Is 1~10KΩ the detectable range?
• Are the conditions in the "Condition" column strongly correlated with the parameter values?
• What does "Equivalent to resistance range" mean in this context?

No - see the text description in the 'Conditions' column.

1-10k is the area of uncertainty between "guaranteed to be detected" and  "guaranteed to not be detected"
