I am useing the ST10F276Z5Q3 in an automotive application running at 40MHz. We appear to be experiencing occasional corruption of the iFLASH (where our code resides).

Within my application I do not have any code the actually erases or writes to the iFLASH.

The problem appears to be related to activity on the CAN-1 bus (CAN-2 not used) and occasionally the CPU fails to respond to a CAN message. At this point the code in the iFLASH is often corrupted and has to be re-loaded.

This seems to occur at random. I can find no other occurances reported in the forum but would welcome any suggestions as to a possible cause.

The PSU is a 12V DC source with linear regulator down to 5v and of sufficient current capability. The regulator also produces a POR signal that meets the CPU requirements.

    Many thanks
