Possible CPLD error insdie uPSD?

    uPSD3234BV-24U6 is used,

    check upload PSD code data seems to OK,

    but execution abnormal,

    in the program execution,address 01FFF0~01FFF4(FS3) data will be read,

    but ''wrong data'' are got, the ''wrong data'' happended to be the data in address 01BFF0~01BFF4! notice that the address difference only in one bit,

    what could be wrong in this situation?

    CPLD hardware failure inside the uPSD?

    What is your memory map?

    How did you verify what happened (perhaps post code here)?
