power LED off when connecting Jlink!?

power LED off when connecting Jlink!?

    STR750-SK/IAR is used,

    set jumper to EXT power, connect 9V DC to power jack,

    the power LED is on and message displayed on LCD panel

    but when I connect Jlink to the board,

    the power LED is off!?

    any idea what happened?

    note that there is no problem with this Jlink connect to STR710-SK/IAR

    and external 9V DC supply!

    I connect 9V DC with jumpper set to EXT,

    then connect Jlink, and the power LED goes off,

    and I execute the Jlink.exe

    the message reply in DOS prompt are

    SEGGER J-LINK Commander V3.10b ('?' for help)

    Compiled Feb 9 2006 20:21:29

    Can not connect to J-Link via USB

    Sorry for my careless,

    I forget to connect Jlink to PC with last action,

    now the message replied with executing jlink.exe are

    SEGGER J-Link Commander V3.10b ('?' for help)

    I measure the Jlink pin 19 (connect Jlink to PC USB) , but no 5V out put as it should be !?

    any action to activate the Jlink pin 19 voltage output?

    sorry for all the mess ,

    the Jlink is mis connect to the AIN connector to cause the problem !
