Power MOSFET Simulation Model

The pin 1,2, and 3 should be gate, drain, and source respectively. I connected a circuit like this, and got Vd = 12V. The Vd is supposed to be something near 0V. Is there anything wrong with the model? Thank You #mosfet #switching
