I'm installing uClinux (downloaded from ST website) on a STR710-EVAL, I have followed Application Note AN2119, after compiling a new uClinux ZIMAGE.BIN with no errors I uploaded it to the evaluation board and everything seems to be ok, but on uClinux boot process I get:

    <<

    Copying...end

    Uncompressing Linux...........................

    crc error

    -- System halted

    >>

I have seen in other forums this question but without any solution.

I am developing over a Fedora Core release 4 (Stentz), I get ARM-Toolchain and uClinux distribution from ST web site.

I will be grateful for any help.

    Best regards.

    Hi zouh,

I tried what you said. I have uploaded zimage.bin from uClinux package for STR710-EVAL, and I get:

    incomplete literal tree

    -- System halted>>

I tried also uploaded this zimage.bin (at 64k offset) and jffs2.img (at 2M offset), with the same result.
