Problem ST9f120 lose a part of code

I hve a problems whit ST9f120V1,after a few day that he work normaly ,he lose a parte of code.

I have product 100 control board and 15 of this have this problem

Is possible that MCU lose the code burning in flash ? There are a particulary connnection to avoid this problems ?

Give a look to the attached document ''Silicon design improvement in order to enhance the robustness of the device.''

thaks Sergio for your interesting.

I read the document and is vary usefull.

But the chip that I have are all with Y letter, and i beleave that the problems is not the same.

You have other idea!?
