problem with FLASH_WordWrite

    Hello,

    this is an IAP with download via USB. It works fine, when I debug it, but when it runs normally, it seems to be disturbed by an IRQ, because the LR-Register is overwritten. The consequence is that it branches to nirvana. It seems to occure in FLASH_WordWrite().

    Hi,

    the frequency shouldn't be the problem. It's set to 8MHz. I don't read from flash, while I'm writing it. I use remapping to copy the flash program to the ram, to run the program from the ram.
