Problem with Rlink and PSDsoft

    I bought the RLINK.

    I have some problem program my PSD834F2.

    I have in the same board one MAX7000S of Altera and one PSD834F2 of PSD - ST Microelectronics. They share the same 4-wire JTAG port ( TDI,TDO,TCK,TMS).

    With the PSDsoft the Rlink Connect Test was Ok, the Target Connect Test was ok. But I have this error when I try to program PSD:

    Device 1 : ( 4 pins )

    ERROR: Communication (0303)

    Hint: Unable to read device ID for checking.

    Please check that the device is correctly connected through the JTAG port.

    Time elapsed : 1 sec.

    I have my Altera in ByPass...

    What am I doing wrong?

    I have the latest version of PSDsoft. Do I have to update the software RLINK? Jungo 01/04/2004 6.2.0.0.

    Help Please.
