    Hi.

    I have 2 problems.

    1. I have a ST7MDT2-EMU2B emulator and I would like to have this emulator to work on windows XP.

I can't connect to the device? I'm aware that the datasheet says that I should run the device on a 95/98/NT machine. Has ST made a LPT driver for 2000/XP?

    2. I have a SW that has been written in CodeWarrior IDE, and I would like to have this code running in the ST7 visual develop. 3.00 SW.

I choose the ''Metrowerks'' under ''Linker'' and then I add the *.c and *.h files to the project.

When I compile / build the project, it comes up with all kinds of errors... The code can be compiled under the CodeWarrior IDE with NO errors at all. How can I make the ST7 visual develop. SW compile the code the right way and get to working with the debugger (ST7MDT2-EMU2B)?

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards.

    Hi,

    1. You should have an old datasheet, because the EMU2B works now with XP and W2000

    2. Did you select MW when you create your workspace in the toolchain text box ? Did you select your PRM or keep the default one ?

''All kind of errors'' is not very helpful to help you. If you can give us more clues!

    BR
