    Hello,

I have problems in using the RLINK to program a uPSD3334D on board.

I'm able to erase , execute a blank test, and on a programmed part execute the verify, but when I try to program it I always get the following error:

    PSD JTAG-ISP Operations

PSDsoft Express 8.30 Copyright (C) 1993-2004 STMicroelectronics, Inc. All Rights Reserved.

    DATE : 11/03/2005 TIME : 13:34:21

    Device 1 : ( 4 pins )

    Erasing ...

    Programming...

    Program operation unsuccessful ...

    ERROR: Data (0600)

    Hint: Programming failure.

    Time elapsed : 18 sec.

The same RLink is successful in programming the EDK Demo Board

and our own PC board using a uPsd3212C.

I need the debug capability so that is why we are moving from

the uPsd3212C to the uPsd3334D device. We did a few changes

to our board based on the conversion document. (Power Supply, adding 3.3V and swappping pins 70x71).

I also read in the ''FlashLINK JTAG Programming Cable for PSD and uPSD'' document that '' ''If there is a failure, it is likely due to signal routing

or signal integrity on the target circuit board.

    Any suggestions?

    Regards
