Does anyone know how to program the option bytes on an ST7Flite0 with a custom programmer. My understanding is that after sending the RASS keys, you must set the opt bit in the FCSR register before programming the 2 bytes (as 16 byte pairs of one bit each). However what is the address of the bytes?

    Thanks,

    Brendon

The option bytes are in a parallel address space which you switch to by the OPT bit. To write the option byte you write to the start address of the XFLASH program memory area. This is indicated in the Figure on page 11 of the ST7 Flash Programming Reference Manual.
