    I can offer you the following one:

    DIL48/LFBGA64 ZIF STR71x, consists of 2 pieces:

    BGA-TOP-84, ord. no. 70-0532 (more info at

    http://www.elnec.com/sockcon_info.php?id=BGA-Top-84_ZIF

    ) and

    BGA-BOTTOM-46, ord. no. 70-0531 (more info at

    http://www.elnec.com/sockcon_info.php?id=BGA-Bottom-46

    )

    Certainly, it works only with our universal device programmers that support STR71x devices (Beeprog, BeeHive).

    The STR71x Hardware getting started A.N describes the minimum hardware resources required to develop an STR71x application independently of any package type.

    Please have a look into the STR71x datasheet and you will find the STR711 BGA Ball Connections.
