    1. Is any FLASH write protection set after REALVIEW JTAG DOWNLOAD the program?

    2. If reprogramming the FALSH memory sector after REALVIEW JTAG DOWNLOAD the program,

    Is it neccessary to disconnect the JTAG?

    The following sequence is my testing of the erasing the sector

    1. Read the byte

    2. Erase the sector

    3 Read the byte

    The question I have while the testing is the Registers

    FLASHPR-->NVWPAR and FALSHPR-->NVAPR1

    Both are zero before the erasing

    Hi Kuni,

    1-The Write Flash protection is not set after REALVIEW JTAG downloading the program.

    2. There is no need to disconnect the JTAG after REALVIEW JTAG downloading the program.

    3- It is not possible to read the NVWPAR and NVAPR1 register. In fact, all the STR730 Flash protection registers (FLASH_NVWPAR, FLASH_NVAPR0 and FLASH_NVAPR1) are write only.

    Please refer to the STR7 Family Flash Programming Reference Manual available on the web site.

    With Regards.
