PSD Pro Programmer problem

    We have a problem with PSD Pro programmer:

    Sometimes it stop to recognize the chip (PSD813F1A-90U) and appear the

    notice: Incorrect Silicon Signature ffffff.

    (You can see in report!in line 11 and 22.)

    Suddenly it return working properly and succeed reading silicon signature

    (line 34 and 47)

    Please suggest us what can be a problem.

    Silicon Signature is written at process time, the fact that you can read it sometimes indicates is it written there. It sounds like maybe a poor contact problem.
