    Hello.

    I'm using a upsd3212c with vcc=5V

    And interface 74AHC00 with vcc=3V

    Will TTL-levels reliably drive the inputs of the uPSD? That is, will a 2.4V signal from logic be interpreted as a hi, or do I need the 0.7Vcc required by p1.x MCU ports?
