pull up resistors on P0?

    Hi, I'll use an external 128k flash memory driven by a uPSD3254 and I want to know if external pull up resistors are needed on Port 0.

    Lemon,

    It would typically be considered good form to put pull ups on these lines. It really depends on the characteristics of your flash memory, but at the very least, at any time you're accessing internal memory rather than this external flash, you'll find that the bus could be tri-stated both on the flash and the micro and you probably don't want wild noise swings on them.
