Question about the datecode of M4T28-BR12SH

Hi,

Nowadays I bought M4T28-BR12SH from our local supplier.

But they told me datecode "915" means 1915+ which is produced on 15th week of 2019.

I am wonder if this explanation is true or not.

Before ordering item's datecode was "1841" which means 2018 year.
