Thanks for using ST products. 

The X-NUCLEO-NFC02A1 expansion board is in Non Recommended for New Design status (NRND). I would recommend to move to active products such as X-NUCLEO-NFC07A1.

Anyway, an X-CUBE-NFC2 firmware package is available for the X-NUCLEO-NFC02A1 expansion board. It provides an exemple of writing an NDEF message on the tag trough I2C. See BSP_NFCTAG_WriteData and BSP_NFCTAG_ReadData functions inside the package for reading/writing data to the tag.
