Hi,

Can we read the flash memory (full or sector) using the JTAG programming??provided that flash sector is not protected.

if yes the what are the steps??

Can u give detail steps to read the flash mem content using JTAG?

I am trying to do the same thing, and I receive the same response. Did you resolve this problem ?

In the PSDsoft Express there si a fuction: STMicroelectronics Conventional Programmers.

Run it, you should come into a dialog.

In the dialog you press the button --- Upload. the data in the uPSD can been load.

If the data is protected, you can't do it.

just now i tried with that ..but it's showing the dialog box showing

''device upsd3234A is currently not supported under psd pro''

If using the Flashlink do an upload in the JTAG/ISP section

Yes, you can... in the ''Step 2'' section, the first box normal has ''Program/Verify'' selected or something of the like. Just change it to upload.
