    How to upgrade STREALIZER II to version 4.1a?

    On of our customers bought 4.0 version.

    He upgraded by service pack to 4.0J.

    He downloaded service pack to upgrade to 4.1a version but this didn't work.

    The reason is probably the missing upgrade 4.0J => 4.1 in such a way to upgrade 4.1 to 4.1a

    How to have it?

    Which ST REALIZER II license we have in Price List now?

    Hi,

    I also have many customers using the earlier ST-REALIZER II.

    The upgrade path is to purchase the new version, no upgrade or service pack options are available.

    This is the same sales type as the previous version, I assume that the older release has been replaced to avoid any mix-up.
