    Hello

    Is the JTAG which is provided in uPSD3334D Testable. The thing is we are Programming the uPSD using the JTAG Interface Can we test the JTAG using some Scan Engine where we require the BoundaryScanDescription Files(BSDL).. Can we Perform Boundary Scan Test(BST) for the JTAG Compatible uPSD...

    The uPSD as it is a stack die configuration is not 100% compatible with the JTAG for Boundary Scan spec. It can reside on the chain for In-System Programming purposes only, but must be placed in Bypass mode during boundary scan.
