    isn't there any schmitt trigger AND gate

    If you are talking about I/O pins, then they all are Schmitt Triggered. If you want two I/O to act as input to an AND gate and the output as bit in some other register, then there is nothing like that in ST9.

    What are your Application needs for such a requirements ?
