SiC MOSFET with multiple bondwires
Hi,
I would like to know which type of this company's SiC MOSFET product has multiple bonding wires and the case can be opened by chemical etching. I would like it to be a single chip and not a module.
Can anyone give me some advice on this please? Thanks in advance for any replies.
