hello,

i want to simulate a emulated data eeprom in STVD7 3.1.1. so when i looking in the memory area, i view a data stored in the flash memory and i found : $FF it's mean that no change in the memory case.

somebody have an idea, help me

Have u read an1502--EMULATED DATA EEPROM WITH ST7 HDFLASH MEMORY and ST7 FAMILY FLASH PROGRAMMING - REFERENCE MANUAL?

yes i read it, but i'm in simulation stade. so we can't simulate VPP at 12V. it'is necessairy for simulation !!?
